Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vaulted Arcades. We partner with trusted manufacturers and authorized suppliers to deliver premium arcade machines, golf simulators, pinball machines, pool tables, foosball tables, and other recreational equipment directly to our customers.

Because many of our products ship directly from manufacturers or specialized fulfillment centers, shipping methods and delivery times may vary by product.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Certain products, including custom, made-to-order, or specialty items, may require additional processing time before shipment. If an item requires additional processing, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of your order status.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Shipping Methods

Depending on the product ordered, your shipment may be delivered using one of the following methods:

  • Standard parcel carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS)

  • Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers

  • Specialized freight or white-glove delivery services

The shipping method used depends on the size, weight, and manufacturer of the product.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Manufacturer processing times

  • Product availability

  • Freight scheduling

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control


Freight Deliveries

Many of our larger products ship via freight carrier.

For freight shipments:

  • Someone 18 years of age or older must typically be available to accept delivery.

  • Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Delivery dates and times are determined by the carrier.

Some freight deliveries may be made curbside unless additional delivery services are specifically stated on the product page.


Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If the packaging appears damaged, please:

  • Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt whenever possible.

  • Take photographs of the packaging and product.

  • Contact us as soon as possible at support@vaultedarcades.com.

Prompt reporting helps us work with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve shipping issues quickly.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping carton

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • A description of the issue

We will work with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.


Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, you will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Some manufacturers may provide shipment updates directly through the freight carrier.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipment to all locations due to carrier limitations, manufacturer restrictions, or local regulations.

If we are unable to fulfill an order for your shipping address, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund if necessary.


International Shipping

At this time, Vaulted Arcades primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and country-specific restrictions may apply.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because many orders are transmitted directly to manufacturers shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated once processing has begun.
